Minnesota AIDS Project - Case Manager The Minnesota AIDS Project (MAP) is seeking a full-time Case Manager to work both in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud. The position is responsible for comprehensive client need assessments, risk reduction education, client advocacy, HIV disease and medical care education, identification of mental/chemical health issues and other client issues including end of life needs.
